Michael's interests in law are in areas of entrepreneurship, seed-stage business formation, venture fund formation, angel and venture capital, mergers and acquisitions, and exit strategies. Michael's ambition is to pursue his passions in entrepreneurship and innovation by living a life that is described best by T.E. Lawrence's quote:
"All men dream, but not equally. Those who dream by night, in the dusty recesses of their minds, awake in the day to find that it was all vanity. But the dreamers of the day are dangerous men, for they may act their dreams with open eyes to make it reality."
