Michael Carlson is studying law at the University of North Dakota in Grand Forks, ND. Michael has significant experience in the realm of private equity, business formation, and angel investing. Michael has worked with angel investors, venture capital firms, and business and tech incubators for several years. He has been a member of the Dakota Venture Group for nearly four years, and currently interns with the Fargo-Moorhead Angel Fund. He also is currently working with the Edgewood Management Group as they develop their Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT). He has been influential in networking and consulting with high growth companies for several years, and upon completion of law school he hopes to continue working with businesses as an attorney.
